Owner and operator Alex The DJ has lived and breathed music for the past 20 years. Alex started DJing as a teenager and continued to spin records non-stop through college and cross-country travels from New York City to Los Angeles. Alex has years of experience DJing weddings, parties, nightclubs, cruise ships, and corporate events for clients such as ESPN, Burton Snowboards, Guess clothing, and AT&T.

Seeing an opportunity to provide a unique DJ service, Alex relocated from Los Angeles to Sun Valley and started Mountain Source Music, a boutique DJ and Live Music Entertainment company servicing Southern Idaho and beyond.

A lifelong skier, Alex also coaches skiing for the SVSEF Devo team.

Alex DJ's with two goals in mind: to impress the crowd and please his clients through exceptional music curation, impeccable performance, and friendly customer service.
